Arnold S. Jacobson, D.M.D.

Quality service begins with the first call a patient makes.

For dental care, quality service is more than just restoring a tooth carefully or achieving a beautiful cosmetic effect. Quality service begins with the first call a patient makes. Every effort will be made to find a time that fits both the patient and the doctor’s schedules and make sure that the patient is informed exactly what procedure is being done. Emergencies are always seen within 24 hours of your call. A live voice answering service is maintained during non-business hours for this purpose.

It is the policy of this office to run on time. When a patient enters the office, they are greeted and made to feel at home in the reception area. Time spent there is brief. A thorough, professional exam is performed using an extensive checklist and the most current diagnostic equipment to be sure that everything is healthy. If it is not, Dr. Jacobson explains how it can be made better. He listens carefully to the patient’s concerns and needs and answers every question. It is not enough to meet the patient’s needs for only one visit. It is a continuing process to meet the needs of patients at every visit.
